The Ranger in this video is an XLT 4 door Crew cab (from what I can tell) and has a curb weight of about 4400 pounds. The Base 2-door Bronco M/T is about 4300 pounds so even though it's not exactly apples to apples, it looks like it's in the ball park of what you can potentially get with a tune...
I'm actually surprised they sent anything at this point considering all they have from you is $100 that you can take back whenever you want. I could see getting a swag bag in the vehicle at delivery. Once they have all of your money :LOL:

There will be a tuning aftermarket for both engines so I am more than fine with 2.3L. Having the MT is much more important to me than the bigger engine.
What I am waiting to determine is if the 2-door BD is really worth $7k more than the Base. Or will the Base be able to come close to or better than the BD using that $7k on Ford and/or AM steel front/rear bumpers, rock rails, upgraded bash plate, aux switches and bigger/better tires? And other...

I think a full Salt Life windshield banner decal is the the only reasonable option. And a Salt Life sticker to cover the Ford logo on the tail gate, just to make sure everybody knows what you're all about.
I am starting to wonder if dealerships are hoping people will place orders and then back out of their reservations so the dealership can just put that Bronco in their stock with a fat mark-up.
I have always had a good experience with Auto Nation Ford in Scottsdale. Between me and my ex girlfriend, we bought 4 vehicles from them and I have my Bronco reservation with them right now.
I was thinking the same. Maybe installing an ignition or fuel pump kill switch. That combined with a MT would probably greatly decrease the likelihood of a vehicle theft.
