Does Ford really need a survey to gain a temperature check on the perspective of the average Bronco enthusiast? Go to the call centers. Talk to their own employees. Cruise the forums and social media. There really shouldn't be any epiphanies when they read these responses.

It’s amazing that the Ford marketing rock stars ever thought it was a good idea to name it the Bronco Sport. They even confuse their targeted buyers. Did the Sport really need the Bronco cachet to be successful?

If you are looking to Ford for timely, accurate, clear communication…be prepared for disappointment. If you are looking to your dealer…expect to be even more disappointed.
