i mean i understand why but it doesnt make any sense to me, a lot can change from now to when the vehicles are delivered. also wouldn't approval depend on how much you plan on putting down? that could all change. maybe its dealers that have high # of reservations and will easily go over the...
This thread started having me thinking about this. I remember a news story where a man in NJ was at a ritzy mall (near where I grew up) and died because he refused to let a car jacker take his landrover and was shot. I have never had a car where I was concerned about this.....
at my dealer apparently it sounded like it was only 3 of the top 24 (within allocations ) who canceled or delayed for '22. so not many at least at my dealer.
i have a 7/15 reservation and was originally 27 out of 74 reservations and they said they had 24 allocations but was told that I was moved up due to people canceling their reservations or choosing to wait for '22. so i was bumped up to within the '21MY and am 24 of 24 allocations.
i took the whole allocation thing as being the expected # of vehicles that will be delivered MY 21. if my dealer who has 75 reservations and converted all 75 they told me they expected to only get 25 of those but the thing my dealer was doing was going down the list based on time stamps so they...
I love driving a manual, drove a 1990 SAAB 900s manual in highschool, had a 1994 accord, a manual jetta. my first automatic is my 2017 Civic hatchback. I wanted to get a manual bronco but my husband said he wanted the 2.7 so we went with the 2.7L (even though its my car).
the other reasoning i...
i agree, if they are saying they cant change it then they should be the ones picking up the phone to Fords IT to figure it out. i know that doesnt help you, but i dont understand why they would want you to cancel and loose your place rather than just picking up the phone to figure it out. they...
except as of right now from what i've seen the duel top isnt offered for 2 door bronco's. I've only seen it for the 4 door since the soft top is available for the 2021 my. i'm probably just going to get a Bimini and a cover for when the hard top is off as of right now.
same already converted my reservation to an order with a day two reservation. i'd still be waiting/ looking for sure at a '22 if i changed and went to a dealer offering invoice out of state. at this point i kind of just want my bronco. 100% a convivence factor for me. i also want to see the...
Idk, its worth that money to me to not have to deal with any extra hassles of working with an out of state dealer and at MSRP its still less than what i'd be paying walking onto a lot and trying to buy one when dealers finally have them on the lots.
Because of this post i am now just watching the live stream waiting for Qualifiers to start again...(waiting for Lite Brite's run) great barely focusing on work
for my two door i plan on getting a Bimini and then a full cover for if we are expecting any rain or if its still in a shoulder season where we might get some dew etc. try that for a while and decide if I want a soft top. I know that we'll get random rain storms in the summer where i'll need the...
i mean its not a Ford Co. requirement according to my dealer, i didnt need to put an additional deposit down. i would just make sure its refundable if you have the $ for the deposit, you wouldnt want to be out $500 if something happens where you cant take delivery of the vehicle when it arrives.
this is what i decided to wait for, i was all about ordering the yakama system but then i realized that with the two door im getting i wouldnt be able to take the hardtop off all the way and carry things at the same time. that kind of defeats the purpose of the bronco for me, i wanted to be able...
