Not lazy, that is just standard. If you ever buy a hard top then you are ready. Not any different than the wiring harness being ready to install a hitch.

I have been very satisfied with these, They do white and amber/yellow . I keep them on the whole time I am running as day runners, fog lights. the yellow/amber cut fog exceptionally well. I have had them on my Bronco for well over 18 months and 40+ thousand miles.

run it, I am sitting at 47324 miles as of today pretty sure I will get 55000 out them, rotated every 5000 without fail ( 5 tire rotation) I do run in the rocks with them , so anything is possible.
you have to put it in 4wd but it beats the hell out of holding a brake pedal down, plus it is easy to gage your speed, let off slowly and it slows or crawls to match
maybe you get nervous at that speed lol.... just kidding , check your engine mounts. disregard the engine mount comment.... old age got me... these new ones are drive by wire ... no direct connect that i am aware of... wow...
