Yeah mine was chattering on the cross bar just behind the drivers head. There is a plastic rub stip that I had to move up so it is between where the next crossbar rests. You can feel where the bars lay together when the top is closed to see where you should slide the plastic piece.
If this taps into the DRL/Marker light from the headlight, does that mean the grill lights will blink or turn off with that headlight while the blinker is on?
Additional updates are possible but optional. I installed mine and it said in the instructions to check periodically for updates and additional features. I'll probably hook my Procal to the computer once or twice a year and see if there are any version updates. You must connect and update your...
I read thru the warranty sheet linked on Ford's site, funny thing is the sheet they link to doesn't even mention the Bronco or related products. While it says it is supposed to be purchased from an authorized retailer, and installed by an ASE certified mechanic (or some other certification) it...
This annoys me every day on my commute to work. Hands on wheel entire time on this one long stretch of road keeping it dead center on highway 24 in CO, have to jiggle the wheel to make it stop complaining. I've even been able to around make around a bend in the road with light enough inputs that...
Damn I'm so on the fence. Do they do bigger sales than 10% off in different times of the year? The memorial day discount is bigger than their military discount.
That's too much, Lethal sells it $50 less and that's before a sale price. I can wait for an actual discount like what they had in April or even Black Friday.
I'm definitely buying the Procal tune when it's on sale next. Really looking forward to the transmission changes more than the increased Hp. Also it saving the auto start stop mode is almost $100 value since I was gonna get the dash module that does the same thing.
I think I know what you are experiencing. When I was in Moab for the Bronco Safari mine would do the same thing when slowing down usually going down an incline, always in 4-Low. I believe it is down shifting from 2nd to 1st and it applies too much throttle during the downshift, and it would do...

If these worked in the front I imagine they would work on the rear springs too for an all-around lift alternative to perch collars. They make a bumpstop style product for the Bronco's rear too that is probably more suited for towing. Trail Hunters seemed to like the rear ones for towing
Just installed mine as well. I added a line of XPEL vinyl along the inner edge of the fender so you don't see any blue under the flares. I also swapped out the rear bumper end cap for the non-sasquatch so they don't stick out as far.
I'm impressed with how well these follow the body lines. The...
BAMF makes one that has formed flanges for extra rigidity than the flat plate style. https://www.bayareametalfab.com/2021-22-FORD-Bronco-Rear-tail-gate-reinforcement-_p_180.html
