Unfortunately no. The rack is designed to carry a tent, basket or misc gear and withstand the weight once installed. The rack can be removed in minutes if needed.

We have not tested against that top. Our Rack mounts to the top edge of the quarter panel and does not interfere with factory top linkage. If the Trekop installs the same, you should have no issues. As for the front, it uses the factory accessory mounts.

Overall it will hide most of the pinch weld. It sits fairly high for a step as others have mentioned but does its job well.
