These are what I replaced mine with (they actually just went over the stick mesh ones) and I like them since we can fit large Stanley water bottles in them in the front and backseat bins. I found them for pretty cheap on Amazon.

I've tried them in every position and they still block the majority of the windshield for me. I am 6'5" so maybe for shorter/average height folks it's not a problem, but they seem to be much bigger (proportionate to the windshield height) than the visors in any of the other vehicles I've owned...

The too large sun visors. You can't see anything if they're down so they're useless. Don't understand why they didn't go with a shorter visors so you could use it and still see the road.

I was getting this error and took mine into the dealership and they said it ended up being something with the wiring (they were a bit unclear but it was either a loose connection or a broken wire they had to reconnect) and I haven't had any issues since.

I didn't see where you posted the parts to build these and am wondering if you would please post it? I'd like to build my own as well if possible. Thanks
