Congratulations! I think your turnaround means I'm the first one on the island to drive off of the lot with one haha. Getting mine from Corner Brook tomorrow!
Only estimating from early- to mid-July. The tracker suggests that it shipped a week prior to the dealer informing me, so hopefully sooner rather than later!
The dealer called this morning to let me know! He also gave me the VIN and I was then able to use the tracker myself. I didn't run into any issues with using it!
Vehicle Details: 2 Door Outer Banks MIC 2.7l Automatic Carbonized Grey
Shipped as of a week ago! Located in Newfoundland, Canada. Been a long wait but it'll soon have paid off!
I'm thinking of doing exactly that. I'm just wondering
1: Whether the material that the roof is made of is something that's already used elsewhere by Ford
and
2: If so, is this something that generally works with being painted?
Hey all, I've been lurking here for a while now but haven't yet seen a discussion around the possibility of painting the MIC roof. Does anybody have any insight as to how difficult/effective this would be?
