  1. Spotted a Bronco Raptor / Warthog prototype?

I wonder if this variation is some combination of the 200+ accessories that are supposedly going to be available? I'd love to build my own frankenbronco depending on what's available in that catalog of accessories--if we ever get to see it....
  2. 2021 Bronco Build & Price pre-launch waiting room

Spitballing my ideal build off the top of my head: Base 2-Door 2.7L Auto Modular Bumper Sasquatch al la carte (that won’t be possible): Vinyl Seats Rubber Floors Heated Steering Wheel Auto-Dimming Rearview Mirror Universal Garage Door Opener Intelligent Access
  3. 2021 Bronco Build & Price pre-launch waiting room

Survey gave me a glimpse for sure. I’m hopping to get a peak at the 200 + accessories available with B&P. And what individual options from the mid/high/Lux packages are available al la carte, if any.
  4. 2021 Bronco Build & Price pre-launch waiting room

Contributing to the cause. I want B&P up for two reasons: 1. to help me finalize trim, package, and door configuration within my anticipated budget; and 2. so we can stop deciphering the word ā€œbyā€
  5. Lux package not worth it at all

I was exaggerating to make a point. Or was I....? Feels like a mile as the car slows down nowhere near a distance safe enough to think about passing.
  6. Our latest simulated Bronco Sasquatch in production colors & white tops / fenders

I definitely like the white top/flares better on the 2-Door: And a black top on the 4-Door:
  7. Lux package not worth it at all

Camry with three settings: a mile behind the car in front of you; two miles behind the car in front of you; and three miles behind the car in front of you. Simply put, it activates too soon. I have to manually adjust my speed because if I don’t, I’ll never get close enough to the car in front of...
  8. Lux package not worth it at all

But I do have manually adjust my speed when it starts slowing me down at the first appearance of another car in my lane. I either have to pull out to the outside lane way before I need or intend to, or...slow down behind the slower car in front of me and let the train of traffic in the outside...
  9. 2021 Bronco Build & Price pre-launch waiting room

Well itā€˜s either today, or IN September, or possibly never.
  10. Lux package not worth it at all

I also live in a high traffic area, and I’ve never actually used ACC in those situations. Maybe I just don’t trust it to react quicker than I can in those low-speed, bumper-to-bumper, I’m following too close situations. I’ll have to give it a shot. My current car though, I envision it stopping...
  11. Lux package not worth it at all

I’m contemplating the Lux package for the heated steering wheel and the universal garage door opener alone. I love those two features. I must be doing something wrong with Adaptive Cruise Control, because I have it now and I HATE it. I set the cruise at 55 (yeah right) and as I approach another...
  12. Second Thoughts on Manual Transmission

Base, 2.7, manual, Sasquatch would be just about my perfect build, but since that isn’t available, I’ll spend the next three months spinning my wheels (see what I did there?) on trims and option packages.
  13. Second Thoughts on Manual Transmission

I’ve preferred a manual transmission since I learned to drive it. With this application though, it would be a 2.7L EcoBoost that would be driving my decision on going Auto—for now.
  14. Potential Package (+ Sasquatch) Pricing Previewed in Bronco Reservation Survey Email

Oh, I like this approach. Neighbor: ā€œHey OC, is that the new Bronco I see in your driveway?ā€ā€™ Me: ā€œYes it is, just picked her up yesterday.ā€ Neighbor: ā€œSweet, how long did you have to wait for that?ā€ Me: ā€œWell, it seems like they announced it 10 years ago, but in reality, I only just reserved...
  15. Speculation: Dealers won't have BASE w/ Sasquatch Package

There is another thread on this already, but they should’ve called it something other than ā€œBase.ā€ A base Bronco and a base Wrangler are nowhere near the same level of trim when it comes to vehicles.
  16. Why go for the mid package?

My point of view lessens a bit if you aren’t going Sasquatch, as you do get upgraded/bigger tires and wheels with the Big Bend. I think the Sasquatch pricing should take these tire/wheel options in consideration when moving from trim to trim, and maybe they will, but for now, it’s fun to banter...
  17. Why go for the mid package?

The ~$300 price difference between Outer Banks Lux and Black Diamond Sasquatch, would include the Mid Package in the Black Diamond. I like the idea of intelligent access, auto-dimming rear-view mirror, heated seats, and reverse sensing system (I’ve driven a car with the rear-camera and no lines...
  18. Why go for the mid package?

Right, everyone has their own wants and needs. I’m simply discussing my thoughts after looking through all of the spreadsheets I’ve got going on. I don’t go off-road either. My current daily driver is a Toyota Camry; and I’m still not interested in paying $5k for fog lights, window tint, and...
  19. Had the pleasure of Driving a 2021 Bronco today.

ā€˜Couldn’t climb over the sleeping Labrador, so I question that footage from the Rubicon Trail....ā€
  20. Why go for the mid package?

This has morphed into more of a conversation about trim level than the Mid Package and that wasn’t my intention. I see value in the Mid Package...in the Black Diamond trim. For me personally, I don’t see $5k value from Base to Big Bend just to get the Mid Package, so if I was dead-set on the...
