What kind and size drill bit did you use? And is it only the outside hole that needs to be drilled? I’ve been putting off this install because of the drilling part.
Normally “wrap” in warranty (or insurance) just means it wraps around your current warranty. So it doesn’t include what’s included in your current warranty it includes extra components. It’s so you don’t double coverage. Not sure if wrap is also used as a time component. I agree, it’s more...
Premium care includes what is covered by the powertrain. It’s more comprehensive. The powertrain just covers limited powertrain components. I think $700 is a good price. I’m considering added this coverage too. I like my Bronco way more than I thought I would and would like to keep it for many...
I install it from the comfort of my home. I have a 2 door so it would take up most of my rear cargo to carry with me. Also, I think it sits fairly high so I haven’t had any issues with clearance during my routes. But this really depending what kind of off-roading you do. All winches will cause a...
I was running 315/70 on a stock BB with stock wheels that have +55 offset. The only issue I had was rubbing of the upper control arm when fully turning the wheel. I did some light off roading with no other issues. I did have to remove the rear crash bar though. When I finally upgraded to SAS...
I went with the removable option since I’ll probably only carry it with me a few times a year. I’m actually surprised there aren’t more removable options. I was looking for one for my wife’s jeep. For sure I thought they would have one given all the aftermarket support jeeps have, but no luck.
The brackets are asymmetrical and rise above the frame. I don’t think you can install them any other way given the outside has a notch for alignment and the inside doesn’t.
Did you have to drill these holes bigger to get the bolts to fit through or did you thread them into the frame? I have these but seems like the holes are too small for the bolts.
I don’t get this reply!? I’m trying to understand the small clearance he’s talking about. I’m going to install a winch saddle but still deciding on how to reinforce the frame.
Very interesting workaround. I wonder if this would work with the rampage soft top. I have a two door and really want a soft top but the reviews mostly say the wind noise is terrible. This might work.
Assuming it is not just worn brake pads, I recently had the brake light come on and took it to the dealership and it was the vacuum line. “trouble code (DTC) P050F…This may be due to contamination in a brake booster vacuum line. To correct this condition, replace the vehicle's vacuum hose...
