Thanks- appreciate the input. My plan was to get new tires early fall, but I think I’ll jump early with the cheaper tires I just found…
Yeah I'm sure the lighter rear end is factoring in. I've not tried that old trick yet but I will. Thanks for the reminder.
That’s exactly what was thinking. Shop said they wouldnt even rotate them because of how much life they had left.
Thanks. My thought as well. Just nice to get additional input. I know the risks associated with letting them go too long but don’t want to jump too early either. Stuff

33k miles on factory KO2’s. It seems to me like they have some more life left in them but they do slip a little in wet conditions taking off from a stop. Hopefully these pictures give enough info to chime in with your opinions- recognizing that tire shops and dealerships make money if I buy new...
Very happy with the 4 doors. Love seeing the rare 2 doors as well. Hatred and mockery of one or the other is just silly- I know people claim it’s all in good fun, but… I think that’s a dumb form of fun. To those who disagree: Go make more friends. Be more positive than negative.
Curious on this as well. My dealer said it wasn’t covered and would be a $600 fix. @Ford Motor Company are you listening? This is clearly a design flaw. Very unhappy with this and the puddles of oil from my rear shocks….
It’s a design flaw. This doesn’t happen as quickly on the majority of vehicles. They should use a different material on this area if the MGV is not up to it.
im still reading through the thread, but did you attempt a warranty repair? My dealer said it’s not covered. Curious how you resolved it- if you did. I’m very unhappy with this issue. https://bronco6g.com/forum/members/21911/ are you listening? This should not be an acceptable “wear and tear”...
Add me to the list also, except not squatched. Badlands with 30k miles - both rear shocks leaking and needing replacement. Luckily under warranty. No abuse at all on them.
