It must be a slow day.
I'm surprised someone hasn't chimed in asking for the vin# to run and find out the part numbers for all the Hoss 3.0 stuff.
Looks good, by the way. Congrats
The Sasquatch package is currently constrained until the wheel availability situation is improved, which is why they stated Wildtrak as being constrained. The lock-downs in China are the reason for the low supply of Sasquatch/Wildtrak wheels.
That's what was stated back around SEMA, but it's up in the air at the moment.
I had discussions with a person at Ford Performance about the sever duty rack, Hoss 3.0 rack and it's related 'beefed' up tie rods and such. I also asked if there was any chance of the sever duty rack or the Hoss...
Basically, yes.
The kit and part number referenced in my previous post is essentially to make the M210 with front locker plug and play so the front locker will be functional.
I just wish I could confirm that it's the actual part number that will be used when it becomes available, and not...
This is one of the things I had questions about and emailed back and forth with Ford Performance.
I had been kicking around a couple Black Diamond builds and swapping the front to a M210 was a key issue with both.
The reply I got back about it is that Ford Performance is going to offer a...
I mentioned in another post that the Sasquatch wheels are a constraint at the moment and will be until the lockdowns in China finally end, which is who knows when at this point.
I don't really know about the hard top, outside of it still seems more constrained for 2Dr than more Door.
The plastics are the same across the board. The only differences are the seat stitching color for the trims, the interior color options for the trims, and that Badlands and Black diamond have mgv standard instead of cloth.
Actually, Sasquatch is a constraint again, but this time for the wheels. The 8 week plus lock-down in China, where the wheels are made, has resulted in a shortage of them.
Anything with the Sasquatch package, with the exception of Everglades, or the Wildtrak will have very limited scheduling...
Hoss 3.0 sits 1.5 inches higher than a non-Sasquatch Badlands on 33's, which is basically the default Sasquatch package height.
Wildtrak doesn't have the sway bar disconnect. You either have to crawl under it and unbolt it or add an aftermarket manual disconnect.
I've been waiting to see if/when they'd release these.
I want to like them, but at -8 offset only, it's really got me second guessing because I want a light wheel.
The Air Design fender flares would take care of a majority of the poke over +0.
Decisions, Decisions.
of course I need a Bronco...
There was a thread with video posted within the last couple days that mentioned the Wildtrak/Sasquatch package wheels are a constraint now, because of the lock-downs in China.
If this the case, then it's not looking good for a lot of people hoping to possibly get a '22 M.Y.
I actually looked into those Weds until I saw it was -6 offset only (for now at least), so I ended up crossing them off my list.
I'm looking into Enkie at the moment.
They do come in bronze and a few other colors, but some are special order.
System Motorsports website 57DR-X page, for example.
Showstoppers has my personal favorite color, but it's special order.
I've done the same thing on the possible chance that Ford won't let us change anything on our order, once the '23 M.Y order-banks open, without the penalty of losing price protection.
It looks to be roughly a $2k-ish investment, without any core exchange (if any), to upgrade just the steering...
If Rough Road suspension is actually Hoss 3.0, then the Tie Rod Ends look to be $174 each.
I 'think' this is the upgraded rack for Hoss 3.0.
I might be wrong, since it's a bit early in the day for me, but it's the one that stands out with what drew707 said.
The grill has a modular center bar, so you can swap it out for one that has the cut out for the camera.
That hood scoop is the Air Design one that is held on by double-stick tape, so it's only for show.
