@BigBlue4 I have tie rod sleeves on mine, but I would not be concerned about those at the dunes. From the videos of broken tie rods I've seen, seems more prone on rocks and logs, when tires are spinning freely and then get traction suddenly. What I am saying is, I wouldn't put off your trip to...
Stock tires should be fine for cruising the dunes, might have issues if you attempt Test Hill, but otherwise should be fine, use Sand Mode. Airing down to 12-15psi will help a ton too. I ran my pressure at maybe 15-18 and dropping to 12-13 helped a lot.
As far as breaking anything, just be...
Depends what you use your back seat for...it just gives you more options for mounting accessories.
I have kids back there most of the time, so plenty of leg room. I have some expandable bottle holders, seat belt cutter and radios currently mounted there. I will sometimes clip other things there...
I thought the same thing, but I am pretty sure its because the multipacks have wire harnesses to connect all the lights together, where the single light is just the light with a pigtail wire on it.
Those are custom 3D printed Titanium, iirc, handles from the SEMA Nights 2 door Bronco build in 2020. Pretty sure they are one offs, but if you know someone that can 3D print metal, it could be possible although expensive...
There was a company at SEMA with some D pillar bags, they make them for Jeeps already. Doesn't look they are released yet for Bronco. They are quick attach on some brackets, pretty neat.

@dooberj I have been planning this trip the day they announced Vegas as a location for Off-Roadeo. SEMA is something I've always wanted to do, so now I get to do both in one trip!!
Yes, I think PVC could work for what you want, but I would make some structural improvements to my design if you were going to try it. The 1" PVC is a little too flexy, maybe 1.5" would help? Or if you are making it taller, tying in the top so the ends can't bow out.
Also, if are putting it on a...
@broncoGIRL21 I guess it makes it look a little shinny and new, but not glossy. It cleans it and makes the black pop. You might have to buy a couple different products and see what works best for what you are looking for.
Trail Recon on YouTube has a decent video of him installing this mount and compressor. Seemed like a nice and clean setup after fussing with some of those hard to reach nuts.
