Depends what you use your back seat for...it just gives you more options for mounting accessories. I have kids back there most of the time, so plenty of leg room. I have some expandable bottle holders, seat belt cutter and radios currently mounted there. I will sometimes clip other things there...

@broncoGIRL21 I guess it makes it look a little shinny and new, but not glossy. It cleans it and makes the black pop. You might have to buy a couple different products and see what works best for what you are looking for.
