I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed. I have a 2022 Wildtrak and Iām guessing it accommodates 35ās by way of a factory lifted suspension. Hereās my question, how much additional cv angle is there for between a non Sas Bronco vs Sas Bronco vs 2ā-3ā lifted Sas equipped...
Sorry for the leaving ālikeā out, Iāve got proof read better. Thanks Iāve had electronic ride on a couple of cars and it was really nice and if it works as advertised it should be great on the Bronco as well
Iāve been looking at those LCAās @Aztec1382 for the same reason theyāre boxed and would take trail wear and tear better than the stock aluminum arms. I donāt plan on ever running bypass shocks but stops are a nice feature and a simple sway bar disconnect would be nice if offered. I have the...
@EIGHTLUG I'm hoping these become available again. I saw them before but they were no longer available on your website at that time, I thought it might have been Ford with a cease and desist or something. I'm definitely in for a Wildtrak set
Iām assuming youāre asking about Rockslide Engineering (RSE) steps on the new 6G Bronco. They stick out about 4 1/4 inches from the Bronco and 4 1/2 inches if you have the optional skid plates installed so yes they would offer pretty good good door protection from stones being thrown from the...
Iām in the process of installing the standard AMP Research Power Steps on my 68 Bronco and they hand down about 2ā on this install. Iāll be removing them for Fordyce and the Rubicon but theyāre nice since I have a 3 1/2ā lift with 2ā body lift on 37ās. I have the Rockslide Engineering (RSE)...
Iāve also found a bolt lying loose in our Wildtrak. It seems to be a recurring thing with Ford. When we took delivery of our 1979 Bronco it to had a couple of loose bolts laying on the intake manifold.
I believe some have and it depends on what brand skids are being used. Itās best to check with the skid manufacturer directly and ask if theyāve test fitted them with the shocks/struts in question
Check out the Lite Brite video with Loren Healy taking his Badlands 4 door over the Rubicon itāll give you a good idea of the lack of droop and how it affects crawling. Instead of 4 tires on the ground youāll often only have 3 or occasionally 2. This is where the front and rear selectable...
The lack of interior lighting when getting in and out at night! No footwell lights, the dome light over the back seatās a bad joke and terrible cargo area lighting. Epic fail
So glad I found this thread. I have a CDEV system sitting in my garage waiting for me to install on my Wildtrak and as mentioned numerous times the instructions and postage stamp photos are terrible. I did install the IIC and harnesses and discovered that the bracket the IIC sits on is too short...
