Yes I work in a Ford factory doing paint/metal work and the lighting makes every vehicle look different. When you get it in natural light it will be ok. I have a FE with the mod top reserved and I’m not worried.

Nice retirement present. I ordered a 4 door First Edition in Rapid Red from Oxmoor Ford. I have 24 years in and it’s my pre-retirement present lol.

My dealership was the opposite. I have an early reservation on 7/13 for a FE and my dealer was in a rush to put my order in first thinking it mattered. I had to slow him down because he didn’t even know the code or realize I could get black leather seats in the FE.

We are still working overtime here but they will shut all the Ford plants down and send us their chips to keep us running. We are getting the chips gradually. The other Ford plant here in Louisville is going on their 3rd week being laid off.

We don’t make the F150. We make the Super Duty’s F250, F350, F450, F550, Expedition and Lincoln Navigator. We got chips in last night and put them in the vehicles sitting on the lot.

Yes I take it for granted because I have worked for Ford for 24 years but we pump out 85 trucks an hour at my plant and watching it is still pretty amazing.
