I'm new to this chat and all of this. So maybe I'm totally doing something wrong. So, when I log into Ford this is what I see right now. Then when I go to https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/pages/tracker/ that asks for a VIN and Order number, I see this: But, when I call Ford's 800 number and...

We called Ford and provided our email address, name and address and they were able to pull up everything (reservation number, order number, VIN, etc.)

How do you get to the backdoor tracker? I'm still not seeing my status change to scheduled, but called the 800 ford number and they told me my build week 2/7 and my VIN number.

No email and logged into my account on Ford's web site and still nothing. Thought I missed out so I called the Ford 800 number. WOOHOO! I am scheduled for build week 2/7!!!!!! I'm so excited. I got my VIN from the Ford Rep on the phone!

My reservation date was July 2020 :cry:
