Dig the name. I traded my 2016 mkx 2.7 awd Reserve in for the bronco, it was my 12th Lincoln. ^^. It had an awesome backstory. It was owned from new by the Ministry of Transportation in Ontario Canada where it was produced. ^^
I drive maybe 3-400 miles a month. Im obsessive over maintenance. In 20-30 years its likely to still be under 100k.
Think of it retrospectively. Imagine something you had when you were young that is insanely valuable now that you used up and threw away. I mean, imagine if someone bought a 59...
To be fair, the dealer is talked to wasnt the dealership i bought it from. :)
Another dealership offered to buy it for the 36k I paid for it (im sure with a ton of strings attached to the deal) while I was tracking down the original window sticker (now on the way from ford)
I love this...
Nothing leaks nothing rattles and theres no gritty noises on cold days. Original owner changed oil every 3-4k and full schedule maintenance (I verified with dealers, they remembered the owner as being very particular about who and how it was serviced)
Ok,
Initially I figured finding a base trim 2dr manual sasquatch was going to be difficult because it was just owned by people who weren't going to let it go.
What the dealer said was it was a special order only for pretty much every dealer in 2022.
So my question is, I have a Cyber Orange...
Well my backup plan is to quick fab some mdf shelf speaker cabinets for them and grab an older marantz receiver so I can toss them in the Volvo. So im not against that design at all :)

Plus a 2khz crossover he also makes by hand.
Frequency response is incredible with less than 2db variance across the full spectrum (40hz-20khz) in the kit which really does alter the dynamic of...
Yeah dsp is added to my list.
Any suggestions on amps? Id like to be around 100w rms @ 4ohm per channel however theres not .uch oversight in the car audio world so how they get to that reading can be questionable. 100w x 4 rams @4ohm is where id like to be.
Oh... id like to point out im optimistic but not delusional. I just want to take the base stock audio non subwoofer system and try to move it from sounding like sadness to maybe something happy or happy adjacent in a way that hasn't been done yet. Hue isnt local so hes pretty much guidance but...
This is absolutely a no sub build. I have access to a 3d printer and a bit of creativity. Money isnt so much an issue as doing it right.
The output on these speakers is pretty much flat. They are very unique. Im also working with a hifi audio engineer. :) so time and lu k are on my side ^^
He folks,
We all agree the audio sucks in the bronco. Fixing that, is limited in my opinion. Do you want a kicker audio profile? No? Maybe alpine or jbl?
Sooooo.....
Im sourcing something different. Hi-fi speakers. Specifically from a company called Human Speakers.
These are hand made by...
Fluid film looks promising. Motor city auto spa has awesome prices. 2-300$
Trying to get it done soon but its such a pain getting home on the weekend to get it done.
@EmCon thanks! Ive wanted one since they were announced. Specifically the base manual hard top sas. Surprisingly difficult to find.
I had to drive out to Canfield OH after a 14hr shift running freight out to Clearfield PA from Toledo to get it.
Worth it. 23k miles. Not going to complain...
Yo!
Just picked up my first Bronco. 22 base HT 2d M/T Sasquatch. Had minor mods Borla exhaust and a decent CAI. Leather swap.
Need skid plates after the sting wears off on the purchase.
Im the resident kangaroo of SE Michigan. Nice to meet everyone.
