I don't get the point
Eventually, something like this might be needed but I don't see the point right now in breaking opening a perfctly fine OEM fob in favor of this. It may be thinner but other dims are larger, and its kinda ugly. Still good to see options.
Great to hear. I’ve been thinking about taking my dad to one. NH is closest, but also considering Moab for the experience. Traveling to Utah is obviously going to be a lot more expensive.
I think fuel prices could impact things more. These are enthusiast type vehicles, so many who just want one will still want them and get them. The daily driver crowd might be swayed to something more economical. No clue how relevant this is, but Wranlger sales in 2007 were 119,243. In 2008...
Lotta judgement here. 4 door because it’s bigger and there are plenty of times I need to carry a lot of stuff. My wife has the smaller vehicle- she’s small and it suits her. I’m a curious person by nature but the 2door 4 door thing, I just don’t care about, it’d be similar to why did you...
The 3 lights are required if the vehicle is over 80 inches. I only recently read about this. They’re supposed to be as high as possible on the vehicle and then there needs to be 2 additional lights on the outermost edge. Somehow, it’s also just a cool look.
I get it. I just don’t think it’s accurate to start from your reservation date. Emotionally, sure. But there was no sense of production scheduling when reservations were opened. It was symbolic at best. Order date only slightly less so.
My wrangler is pretty weather proof. I’ve driven unfortunate long distances in downpours. Cloth seats even. The cup holders fill up, everything is soaked, one time the radio shut off,, but no other electrical issues.
The amount you spend on gas definitely could be less.
If you had an option
EV and hybrid sales are incredibly strong. In California, where the gas prices are higher than just about everywhere, the Tesla model Y outsold Honda Civics. What do you suppose the incentive for all of those EV sales is?
