From suburban Denver. It's going to be my daily driver, but I also like to climb the 14ers (14,000 foot mountains out here), so like having a capable rig that can get me to trailheads in places like these:
Chris
It's worse with the 2-door though.
Same build as above:
Badlands with MIC Top: $55,190
WildTrak with Black Top: $55,270
In this case, $80 more for the WildTrak with less features.
Granted, this is all moot until we get B&P for actual pricing vs. survey.
Chris
I'm not getting the same pricing as you.
If you go with my build: 4-door, 2.7L auto, Squatch, Luxe, Towing, Hard Top:
A Badlands MSRP is $58,385.
If you take a WildTrak, same build, add in the modular front bumper and bash plates, you come out to $57,765. A difference of $620.
That $620...
Actually why I'm happy that I have a later reservation. I can have all you fellow Coloradans that reserved early tell me how you feel about the M/T tires during the first snow and then I can see if maybe I'd rather go with the same BFG A/Ts that I love on my current truck when my delivery time...
I liked it a lot when I thought it was bluer. A slightly more navy blue option with a white top would be #1 for me, but it looks like neither will happen right out of the gate.
I saw this Bentley at work last night, and if AMB was this color? I'd be alllll over it.
Chris
Agreed. Not to tout my own thread, but if you glance at the chart I made, it tends to make a lot of sense that 2022 isn't necessarily going to be the case.
Chris
Per my friend, he said he couldn’t tell exactly what color it was because of the dust, but he said it looked grayish, so now I’ll assume it’s actually Cactus Gray.
Chris
My buddy was just driving back to Denver from Breckenridge and saw two identical Broncos on I-70 that he said looked like they had been off-roading. He only got one pic for me, but figured I'd share.
Chris
Quite safe. You just can't be quite as aggressive. You already have huge clearance compared to most of the cars that make their way up those trails, but at least for me, it's very comforting knowing if I take an incorrect line, I'm not losing my oil pan. For 99% of users, the "armor" won't be...
Like others have said above. Ford, if they know what's good for them, will fulfill all reservations before they build for dealer stock. If they don't, no one will ever put down a reservation with Ford again since this is their biggest rollout since '65. Granted, commodity issues might cause...
I'm proud of us Centennial State! That said, for those who don't live here or haven't been here, every car is either a Jeep, a 4Runner, a Subaru, a Tacoma, an F-150, or an Xterra (or so it seems). I always get amazed when I drive to other states how many "cars" there are. So (relatively) few...
