My dealer added HOSS on March 10th, and yes I was able to get both price protection offers. I think any good dealer can figure out how to give price protection to customers with an original reservation, unless they switched to Raptor or Everglades.
Reserved September 2020 and picked up today! Wildtrak HOSS 3.0 4 door with high package, mod bumper, and underbody protection. Here are a few suspension and tie-rod pics. Snapped them quick and can add more this week.
I also noticed that the Wildtrak logo has been modified on hoss 3.0 Bronco's...
Posting a basic listing on the website, is normal, yes. In this case it was fully detailed with pictures and in the dealer notes section it mentions it's available. Usually the dealer notes section will say "sold, not available, customer order, etc".
I'd drop that Hennessy thing from the equation and pick between a Wildtrak and a Raptor. I'd personally get a Wildtrak with hoss 3.0 and spend any extra money on fiberglass fenders, electric running boards, lighting, etc.
These guys have already taken what I presume is your outer banks and scanned it on their 360 photo thing, and listed it on the website. That's not normal when they intend to sell you, the order holder, the vehicle. Sorry man...
I work in very modern, brand new, impeccably designed office building in downtown Nashville. I can't enter it with my soft top folded back into the first position (but otherwise fits). I have to constantly remember that.
I got 10% off over memorial day. I'm sure they'll have something similar.
Note that since you don't have existing rock rails or the factory steps, you'll need to buy the extra brackets from zroadz.
I wanted traditional rock rail protection, a usable step, and a ledge to protect from thrown rocks. I went with these from zroadz. https://zroadz.com/i-23915785-2021-2022-ford-bronco-4-door-rock-slider-side-step-part-z745401.html
Awesome trip and summary! I was waiting for some bad Bronco mechanical news to surface when you said something like "At this point, the Bronco was doing well..." :)
