Haha, same. I’ve had two cars over the last 21 years, hopefully this one will last a decade or more as well. I’ve always felt undercoating was a scam the dealers try to add on and have not had a problem with rust by getting regular car washes but had some concern with rust on the Bronco.

Same boat… Bronco arriving just in time for Mn road salt. Getting in on ‘22 model year worth the trade-off. Do you undercoat yourself or have it done professionally?

Are you sleeping curled up or laying flat? Haven’t gotten my 2dr yet so curious to know what the space is from tail gate to back of the front seat (also 5’10”). Pictures I’ve seen with the back sear folded down show the head rest bent up. Did you remove yours? (Don’t see it). Thanks!

Well… I haven’t heard from Ford Motor Company yet, but got the call from my dealer letting me know that I’m scheduled for 9/26! Hopefully no delays and good luck to all the other CO orders 🤞

Sounds familiar. I ordered with the largest Ford Dealer in Wi I’ve heard the same story (largest Ford Dealer in Wi). Not sure what they have to gain by not being upfront with information or even checking in with me every once in awhile. We can no longer move our reservation to another dealer...

Correct. Dealer walk-in orders without a reservation only have a 4 digit order number and cannot use the “backdoor link” to keep tabs on the status of their order. I’m in the same boat (10/15/21 order with no reservation). Once you’re in production and have a VIN, you can track it.

Yes, I agree. No reason to be putting chips in new builds while there are vehicles built but not delivered because they are waiting on chips 🤦🏻‍♂️

Thanks for the tip. Got ahold of someone with no wait time (surprising). No production date yet but said they’ve seen a lot of October orders being pulled recently. The waiting continues haha.

I ordered 2022 model at dealer on 10/15/21 so don’t have an 8 digit order number. No emails from Ford besides initial order confirmation and no updates from dealer. 6 months in with no way to check/verify status is bugging me

Exactly what I’ve been looking for! Have a ‘22 order that may get pushed to ‘23. With my luck, I’d purchase ahead of time and they’ll change the rock rail shape or something for ‘23 model year 🤣😢
