I don't have any orders sitting in priority 19 with either the MOD top or the dual top option. When Ford came out a few weeks ago and said those would be 2022 options, I changed all of my orders that were conflicts(with customer consent), and moved others that wanted to wait back to 99 with the...
HD modular bumper and Tow are also constraints in this week's builds. I saw that a good bit on some of mine that didn't make the last preview cut. But we already knew those were going to be issues.
But I'll reiterate, I wouldn't tell anyone anything based on Tuesday's or Wednesday's preview. Better wait until Thursday to make any communications to consumers.
The scheduling system is like a magic 8 ball at best. We are able to go in and look at those 5 that were previewing, but then went away and what the reasons were. There's a list of orders inside of WBDO(for every model line) that allows us to look and see what they're considering the problem...
They must not know how to order vehicles in WBDO, and are using the old system still called CONCEPS. They have to actually hit submit on your order to push it from 99 to 19. Its very simple, but a lot of dealers haven't ordered vehicles on WBDO, so they may be clueless.
Has your preview not changed since Tuesday? Mine changed from Tuesday to Wednesday and then again today. I wouldn't tell anyone about a preview personally until Ford sends them the email or I see it assigned a build week in WBDO.
Well, that's certainly the case. I told everyone not to place any weight on Tuesday's or Wednesday's preview. I don't think enough dealers on here have any real experience ordering a big volume of vehicles. My preview was 15 Broncos on Tuesday, 18 on Wednesday, and back down to 13 today. The 5...
Which is the sole reason all Ford dealers "should" attempt to do every customer's tag and title registration, even if they're an out of state customer. We will not sell a customer from another state without doing it, and we probably sell 100+ vehicles per month out of state. There are four...
That's what we were told initially would happen, but I haven't seen that yet. It might happen for May, and moving forward, but it didn't happen this month.
My preview moved from 15 units to 18 units overnight, so I went and looked at the three additional they threw in to see if I could learn anything. They mixed in 2 more non-SAS units and a Wildtrak. I didn't recognize the Wildtrak customer, so I looked, and she's #44 on my list, but she opted for...
I did just see the email come back from Dearborn's head of scheduling, and she says the system is operating correctly. They're running simulations and it they didn't find any oddities. Said they'd keep running scenarios, but we painted them with the question how someone in #242 got pulled so...
Ford changed those orders to priority code 2. You being a priority code 10 is no different than everyone else at 19. Every dealer can change a priority code from 10-19 but it's a waste of time to do so.
