16.8mpg. 5,500 miles 2.7L OBX, 4A Upgraded 285/70/17’s vs the stock 255/70/18’s there was a .5 mpg drop when I added the larger tires.

I got the OCDplug ones too and they look ok from a distance, but up close they have rough edges. I’m sanding the edges and getting my body shop to paint them to factory match the silver bucking Bronco on the rear. If that fails, I’m getting the the Bronco Graveyard ones and calling it a day.

Bronco Graveyard also has them. They are licensed by Ford to sell them. You just need to cut the pins and apply the 3M tape

The tranny a Getrag unit. Was a bit worried about that since many, many Mustang owners has issues with the MT-82 Getrag unit in the 2015+ Mustangs. I know this is a completely new tranny, but still was worried when they announced who made it.

The S550 Mustang crowd has been doing digital dash swaps for the 2015-2017 models when the digital dash came out for 2018+ with very little modifications. It’s an easy DIY.

I contemplated doing this to my OBX. I ultimately went with a different rim. The OBX wheels are too narrow and have too much positive offset for my tastes. They do look good tho!
