Not by the individual, that I'm aware of.
Chat or dealer may be able to.
The good thing is most rail companies want to get it on a truck ASAP to end their liability.
Chat is the most reliable source.
Once you've been shipped via Rail, they should have that info.
Just ask for your railcar number, if available.

There's a chat button that will appear from a laptop/desktop. I've heard mixed results on mobile devices where the...
So... update... The dealer began ignoring calls and emails. Prior to this they only took days to respond with BS excuses about how busy they were.
I took it upon myself to figure out who the zone manager was and sleuth down his contact info.
After a few hours of research, I sent a brief email...
Not a bad thing... just likely means it can't get into its parking spot for unload.
UP has a nifty glossary containing their terms and quite a few EDI terms.

search "constructive".
It's likely just 'sided' waiting for the ramp to clear.
It's kinda cool how all this tracing works. I have a little insight into it from my day job.

Bronco Build Week 10-31-2022 sheet as requested!
I'll work on adding it to the Consolidated Build Week Sheet later.
FYSA - Consolidated sheet is read-only compilation of all weeks Aug 2022 to present.
Look for it on the 24th-25th. They've been 7-8 days after build.
Most everything on Ford sites which has notifications are lagging by 7 days on average.
Build week emails and build week bump emails were 7 days on the nose behind in most cases.
I'm still trying to figure it out... built emails...
Hmmmmmm... maybe I should try CN then, because the last CSX activity says load released in January in Oakhill, Ontario.
Freakin Ford... can they make anything less clear?
Yep, mine is up on my dealer's website now. I'm fairly certain that some have a system that generates listings on their website once they're invoiced for the vehicle.
If they sell it, just burn the place down.
That's what I'd do. 🤷♂️
