For any folks anticipating your new Broncoās journey to Granger, hereās a summary of the rail route by state that mine took, in chronological order, having arrived in Omaha over the weekend:
Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, back to Missouri, back to Iowa, and finally...
Does the Unitedroad or any other trucking tracker work once our Broncos are received at Omaha or is it a black hole from Omaha until they arrive at Granger?
Iām thinking that a gift card @ delivery from each of us as a small token of appreciation for a job well done (and for the misery that weāve all put her through) is a splendid idea.
4/11 blend on a railcar finally moved out of Gibson Railyard and across Illinois today, and appears to be stopped at Fort Madison, IA. CS railcar, BNSF train. Anybody else gone through Fort Madison? Looks like it might possibly be a different route than what most others have taken?
I wonder if the railroad(s) are holding rail cars in the east due to the apparent bottleneck in Omaha. My Bronco has been sitting at Gibson railyard since Saturday morning With no ETA to anywhere.
Oh yeah THAT message. Iāve been told by a RR guy it has something to do with the railroad that owns the line where itās going (Gibson) accepting it onto their track. š¤·āāļø
For those of you that have made it to Granger, or are close, how long did it take you to get past Chicago? In the week since my Bronco left MAP, itās only gotten to Gibson Yard, having sat idle about 5 of those 7 days, first in Garrett, IN for 3 days and now at Gibson since 8 am Saturday morning.
Hopefully you will get lucky and ship quickly but shipping is just as excruciating. I sat in Garrett IN from Tues night until this morning, but finally moving again.
