You did bring the shocks home with you right ? Take your bill and the shocks and you should be able to get reimbursed. You didn`t have the shocks that come apart for the recall......

At one point there was the beginnings of an alphabet challenge. Only got as far as "A" so never got to use-- burgers in a bag on a bronco next to a bronco.

If you have an extra 30k to drop at your dealer,you could try BUT I doubt they would go for it.

That`s how it goes when you work at a dealership,we have learned it and live it every day. Took 8 months last year for the shock recall fix to come out,and the crying and wailing that went on because of that was deafening. Still no fix for fuel pump recall.
