    It should be an 8 digit number. On some of my emails from Ford its also referenced as the Reservation ID number. If you just put in an order and didn’t reserve, Im not sure where you would find it.

    Nope. She ended up telling me the same thing they have been telling me. I have a plant hold and they are unsure of when that will lift or why that is on it. She couldn’t give me a new ETA and told me to talk with me dealer lol. I am so tired of this process.

    I’ve seen some others who are also stuck in production like yours. I’m stuck in built which I don’t believe means anything anymore. I was snooping through some of the other builds weeks and have seen people say they have received theirs without being notified of built or more commonly shipped...

    Interesting but also good to know. My ETA on the back door tracker says 3/29-4/4. I highly doubt that is even possible if the thing hasn’t shipped yet. But maybe your timeline is more accurate for me. Glad (in a way) that I am not alone.

    To add to my rant… on March 16 the backdoor tracker said ETA of March 29-4/4. Earlier today when I checked it moved to 4/8-4/14. Now it has moved back to the original and I got the official built email?

    Just got off the chat with them. They told me exactly what they told me yesterday. They see its still in production since 3/2 but no update and could not provide an ETA. I would say you are in a better spot than me. :)
