    Today’s update……NO update! Reached out to the dealer(he escalated the VIN?) and reached out to the Ford rep To see if they can locate Bertie and see what the hold-up is regarding shipping. Trackers remain “in production” since 1/7 with estimated delivery of 1/22….I keep saying I WILL not track...

    My app also shows a picture now, as does the site when I log in….I noticed that yesterday. I have no baby picture, no shipping l, no updates and missed my est. delivery of today.🤷🏼‍♀️
