I'm not making excuses for any dealer. Until they prove themselves that they have integrity, I normally assume they don't. This isn't a candy bar that we're buying. Anyone foolish enough to order a $50k-$60k item without knowing what the price is going to be out the door, kind of deserves...

Incorrect. You can move your reservation to a different dealer by calling Ford Motor Co. Customer Service. This maintains your reservation place in line. As noted above, once you convert your reservation to an order, then you are stuck with that dealer.

BEFORE you place your order with a dealer, NEGOTIATE YOUR PRICE. If you don't like that dealer's price, switch dealers. Once you place your order, you are stuck with that dealer.

I'm pretty sure that the Sasquatch package is more than just a lift and bigger tires. It includes improved suspension, etc. for off-roading. Sounds like your getting the missquatch for hopping over curbs at the mall. :P

In most modern vehicles, even if you leave the vehicle headlights in the "on" position, they will automatically turn off after some preset time when you turn the vehicle off. It's not like the old days where you leave your headlights on and the battery is going to run down.

Just curious what the under the hood looked line on finished production models. Did Ford put the obligatory plastic engine cover or did they leave it a mess of hoses and cables as we have seen in the pre-production models?
