Ours did the same thing... frustrating. Stayed in one spot for about (3) days. Once we got onto the Union Pacific it stayed in Chicago for another few days, then it started moving south.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences for sure. If there was a factory pick up option, I am sure at least 30% of us would have gone there and snatched it up.
Someone else suggested to login to the ford app and start the membership or something like that, so you can use GPS tracking on your vehicle although you will miss out on some of the free app usage past the 30day mark. It must be initiated by the owner and accepted or authorized in the vehicle...
