I just look and mine now shows 2022 too. My question though, was this change that you saw, and I see a response to our re-order, or is it a global change on the site since they know all 21 are going to be 22. I also note that neither yours nor mine say what trim, it just says Bronco...
I know the 99 is don't build. They did provide me a sheet, after the one I signed, that showed a code 19. That is good. I want to believe that means it is okay
Does all this make sense.
Summary
- 7/22/20 reservation
- 1/30/21 convert order Big Bend
- 3/25/21 switch to Black Diamond after Ford email saying we could change
- 4/7/21 correct dealer error in Black Diamond order
10/18/21 re-order Black Diamond now as MY22
So did the convert today keeping...
Was this playing with an existing reservation, or a newly created one?
My online shows 2021 still and doesn't match my order....and quite frankly that is concerning even though it is a "normal" occurrence. Also concerning is my dealer told me the entire ordering system for dealers was down...
My dealer tole me the ordering system was down and canceled our appointment Thursday afternoon and rescheduled for Monday morning when he said it would be back up. I find it odd I haven't heard anything about it being down.
What I want to know if my price protection will be based on the Black Diamond I have on order or the Big Bend that Ford shows me when I look at it online.
I imagine the replacement comes in 2022 model year....it would appear Race Red wouldn't be an option then.....
With mine pushed to 2022, I am hoping they don't force a color change, but given that those bumped to 2022 have to re-submit orders, if it isn't a model year option it isn't happening...
On my 87 Bronco II I had a tie-rod end partially fail while driving. The wheel wasn't completely free but there was lots of slop. I was only doing 45 mph. I limped the 6 miles home at 15 mph.
Finally got around to compiling some of my vids and getting them posted. This was from early August.

I wonder what time you showed up. I can see if it was outside the time when new participants are checking in that it would be an issue, but when there is a bunch of people already milling about another isn't going to stand out especially since people don't all have their arm bands on yet...
I knowingly pay more to do it myself because I've gotten burnt by shops multiple times. I know I put the correct grade oil in, I know I put a good filter on, I know I don't put filter on so tight it won't come off, I know I am not damaging threads on the drain plug.
I also don't have to deal...
You are correct, it is awfully low. Likely lose more than a few feet. In fact one thing people noted in my group (and myself) is that you really can't see very close. My mount up higher in the window on suction cup really couldn't see much due to the hood. When I reviewed that after day...
There is a threaded camera mount on top of the dash (which may be standard?), but I didn't use that. It is pretty low and in practice the view of terrain is so far out with the hood. A suction cup higher up on the dash is better. On day one I ran a GoPro on suction cup of the windshield and...
No real intent to drive off road. Driving a manual one can be proactive in gear changes shifting prior to the hill, prior to having to push the throttle down excessively. An automatic will always be reactionary, require excess throttle input to get it to shift down.
People say automatics have...
