I did the swap last weekend and just noticed the flicker today for the first time. Still have some time on my Forscan trial so I'm gonna give this a try today. Will report back soon.
Well that makes me feel better - that was the only thing I couldn't get Forscan to do.
Just curious - any idea why/how? Did Ford intentionally made it more difficult to eliminate for emissions reasons? Or is it something else?
I agree that it is not the end of the world but I am semi-OCD and that will drive me nuts. It seems like at least one or two others have had success with Forscan by apparently switching the setting that tells the vehicle whether there are halogen or LED tails (at least that's how I understood...
So installed a pair of OEM tails today and everything works as I was expecting but unfortunately I do have the fast blink inside the cabin (not the tail light itself - that is a normal blink).
I can live with this temporarily but will want to get that resolved. My question is this: is there...
Since you asked for opinions:
1) Your Bronco looks great
2) Yes on the "Bronco" script on the fender
3) No for me on the 302 badge - if you do wind up putting the 302 badge (or another badge there) I agree with RolyMa27 - I would move it up closer to the stripe and I'd probably also move it a...
Mine does this occasionally (actually did it on the way home tonight). Sometimes I have to hold it for 3-4 seconds before the fluid actually sprays, or cycle it on/off a few times. As you said more of an inconvenience than a major issue. But if it stops working all together that would be a...
Thanks for posting. I've been thinking about doing this (without the sub). Did you get this from Plug N Play kits or somewhere else? Where did you mount the amp?
One more question for you - I've seen in other threads some mods with forscan were required. Is that accurate? I don't have forscan - what happens if you don't make the forscan changes?
Looking for a pair of OEM Signature LED tails. Do not need to be absolutely perfect but must be fully functional and in good condition. DM me if you have a pair for sale.
Thanks
I am thinking of doing this but do not care about the indicator blinking amber instead of red. If I'm understanding correctly, if I get a set of OEM signature tails they are plug and play without any wiring or forscan mods necessary and will work fine, aside from the no amber indicators?

Thanks for the helpful comment. Commute on the highway 90% of the time with a 70 mph speed limit and since I've done some mods to the Bronco to make it faster it makes sense to me to be responsible and think about upgrading the brakes. And before you jump back in about how upgrading rotors is...
I've done some searching and haven't seen any feedback on here. Is anyone running this front, rear or both? How is it? Worth the money? Seems like a fairly reasonably priced upgrade without having to change calipers, etc...
I don't think mine came with the spacers either; for what it's worth I would still highly recommend doing at least the "d" shaped weather stripping on the front seal, stuffing the insulation over the windows and doing the pipe insulation over the metal cross bar in the middle of the roof. Easier...
If you hunt around you can find a good used set of OEM signature headlights for just a little more than the ones you posted. I recently got a set that came off a Bronco with less than 1,000 miles, flawless. $700 for the pair. There was another set listed for around $750 at the same time. Just my...
I don't think it's possible. When you purchase it you have to register it to your VIN number and it can only be used on that vehicle. I've never actually tried to share but my understanding is that it's not possible.
