Only going to get worse at this point. My question is, did they not expect this current chip situation? Or, did they know it was going to happen but just tried to keep investors, dealers, and customers out of the loop to avoid panic.
My money is on the latter, and it'll clearly backfire.

This is unfortunately not just with Ford and the Bronco. My dad had ordered a new Acura MDX - chip hold, took almost a year with virtually no updates or communication from the dealer and/or Honda. And, no reservation status page(s) like Ford has set up w/ the Bronco rollout.
