Had the same! Checked the tracker and have never been happier to go backward in this process and see “Order Confirmed”. 😂 Immediately went to Ford CS chat and they said it has shipped and provided the rail car #!

Wondering if GRTA means something like "Getting Rail Train/Transit Assigned". My order has been built since 4/15/23 and the dealer confirmed it has been released and waiting for a train all this time and showing GRTA as the code.

I am genuinely stoked for all our comrades who are getting their rigs! I know mine will arrive eventually. It’s just perplexing why some get theirs lightning ⚡️ fast while others are still sitting at MAP for weeks. Is it simply rail delays?

Same here. I’m in PDX too. Built since 4/14/23 and still waiting for a train apparently.

Blend was 4/14 and dealer confirmed it was actually built and released 4/14. Both trackers still showed “in-production” until it converted to “built”on 5/7. Yesterday 5/8 received “built” email from Ford. I guess it’s still sitting waiting for a train to Portland? 🤷‍♂️ This process is a mystery! 😂

Same for me this morning, but then this afternoon the trackers updated to “built” status finally. They had been stuck at “in production” since my blend date of 4/14. Have not received a “built” email. Hopefully shipping soon! Est. delivery date pushed out to 5/28-6/3.

I’m with you! Dealer and Ford CS have confirmed mine has been built since 4/14 but waiting for a train at MAP. All trackers still only show “in-production” and no “built” email yet.

I might ask your salesperson if they can look up location. I am in the same status and contacted Ford CS chat, but they had no info for me. I asked my salesperson and she easily looked it up in her system and showed me (computer screenshot) that it was built but still at MAP waiting for a rail car.

Built 4/14 and it’s still at MAP waiting for a train to the PNW apparently. Trackers stuck at “In Production” and no baby pics! 😂

Good to hear Damerow took care of you! Congrats on your new rig, looks great! I ordered with Landmark over two years ago and in production now. I’m hopeful I will have a similarly positive experience with them when I take delivery.

I have a 4/14 blend date and 35/872. No changes to trackers (still just say scheduled) as of this evening, but modules did populate this afternoon.

Not an IT person but have come to recognize that this is the way with technology. Maybe better to just accept it. In some cases these micro updates may be for security - the more tech in your vehicle, perhaps more opportunity for people to hack (and steal)? I love some of the new cutting edge...

Thank you Mike for posting this install video, very helpful and detailed. Seems like a high quality product. Since the hardtop can go on top of the shade, this will work well for what I personally need. Appreciate how responsive you are to our group's questions!
