Did this Karen sound like an older lady who maybe has 10-15 cats and smokes a pack a day. I talked to her a month ago and it was a trip. She had me transferred to 5 divisions. It was the wildest customer service call I can recall.
Safe to say all of our broncos are the ones in rear of Ice Mountain in the videos based on the amount "Got my built/shipped status" pages on 1/31 & 1/24. Seems to be LIFO situation. I just hope they get more done this week before they fully restart the line. I consider this Kharma for my lack of...
Has the conclusion been made thats its Last in, First Out for the Dirt and Ice Mountain situation? I mention this based on the general vibe I see on the 1/24 build week vs 1/17. Even worse would be the 2021s still sitting around.
Its hard to just shrug off "Mistake Happen" when your talking about a near 50k vehicle that has been delayed for near 2 years. In paticular in this case, were talking about a set of parts which is added seperatly by the mod shop and could easily be remedied at the dealer.
You can, at the cost of around the $1800. There is really about 3 options at this point. Cheapest is $600 the most expensive is $1800. The average is $1200.
You can also pony $1800 dollars to Ford for parts, which is is $1400 premium from ordering from the factory.
Hi All,
Build and History: July 14 reservation with a BD, MIC, Non-SAS, tow, w 2.7.
Story: I reordered my bronco after being carried over to 2022. My 2021 order did have the roof rack. My dealer asked me if I wanted to elect to make any changes, for which I declined. Come about a month later...
No, Realistically SAS does not comply with 99% of my needs. This is a daily for me, so taking additional hits on mpg is a no go. I am looking at trailering some small items, and towing is better on the stock BD. The trails I will take this on are currently being done by an old 70s K5 Blazer and...
I have been waiting for just this perspective. Would love to see a side by side with SAS bronco but this got me a ton information I was looking to get. Long term, I will likely upgrade the tires and suspension but its good to know the BD stock is still capable to handle some trails.
Yea, so here how it went for me. My accident was in March. At the time we had my Fiesta ST (Vehicle Totaled) and my fiancee's Jeep Liberty. In march, we were pre chip crisis so Ford still had rebates and deals on Escapes. We traded in the Liberty (Huge Mistake!!) because there was a trade in...
Hi Welcome to the "Jagaloon Totalled my Ride" Club. Been here since March. If you want it now, you need to switch to a soft top ASAP. Only way to move up the line.
Great feedback! I originally ordered a BL but backed out due to the cost (I have a Wedding and House Buying in 2022). I agree that a Non-SAS BL is the best compromise.
Wanted to gauge some thoughts from folks on this club about the Sasquatch. Mainly, do you think in MI, there are many places that it gives you an advantage off-road to say a stock BD. I went to the off road rodeo and was blown away by the performance. Mainly at the stability in high speeds on...
Just a point to be made. Us Ford employees are all off Thursday. In addition, that Friday is a huge hunting day and most employees in MI take it off anyway. So that might be why there is no scheduling or at least a factor.
My take has always been the whole point of the vinyl floor is to not need carpet. I take the carpets out of every one of my cars and put in some weathertech-type mat anyway.
