Well, good luck getting anybody of importance or influence at Ford to listen, respond or care about our concerns. I've tried email, calling various numbers, online chat at ford, social media etc, related to my Mustang Mach E. Very unhappy, and they dont care, dont respond, dont want to know...

My brother ordered a BMW M5 three weeks ago….. the tracker was insane. Even updated him when it was in the paint booth! Took 3 weeks from order thru build and in shipping yard. Is on a ship now from Germany…….. i ordered an American car in June…… and his will be in hand before i have a real date!!!!

I spoke to someone on the ford "800" helpline.... So mine in particular, is on a Chip Hold. Bumped out to 4/21 - 4/27 delivery. She was very nice about it, but she should be right? Ford has done Zero to keep us in the loop............ except for the bronco-rodeo... lol. We are the ones figuring...

I hate it, but it is true......... We will be getting no free-bees out of this one, lol... We want them too bad to jump ship! And if we do jump ship, the dealers love it. My dealer told me that if I wanted to cancel, they would essentially have it sold within an hour, at a $10k markup!

Yeah, and have you ever called, and actually been able to speak to someone that will actually do something with your feedback? I bought a new Mach E............ and really dont like it.... The only NEWS I seem to get from Ford is the numerous emails I receive about the Bronco Off-Rodeo........ Literally every other day. Boy do I wish they would send me emails about THE ACTUAL VEHICLE I AM PAYING THEM TO BUILD!!!!! Or is it just me..........................? lol

Original delivery date, 1/28. Then yesterday…… 2/28…….Checked for updates this morning, and delivery date has been changed from 2/28 to 2/6. Also, I spoke to my dealer yesterday and he said it shows as built and ready to ship, so not held up for microchip or anything else. What a wild ride this...

So i am looking over my window sticker, and it lists "upgraded crpt frt/rr floor mats" Which I cant seem to find any specifics on if these are just upgraded carpet material floor mats, or if they are all weather mats like weather tech or husky...... i always end up upgrading my mats to either...
