Just a word of caution.
I bought a set of 315 mh OEM ford sensors on line.
The arrived in the un opened package.
I had them installed in my Ultra Rims and KO2 tires.
They set in my garage for a year while I was waiting for my Bronco.
I put them on and they wouldn't read properly.
Ended up I had...

Doesn't look to bad, although it sucks.
I can't believe the air bags went off.
I hope it works out and quickly.
My wife hit a deer with her Explorer in October and we still are waiting for parts to get it fixed.
I also have a 2 door Base with the 2.7, I put 33's on it and this summer I was pushing 23 mpg. Winter and am still getting shy of 22 mpg. I get on it once in a while but mostly keep it at 60 for my 35 mile one way commute to work.
I'm filling up just as much as I did with the Explorer I had...

i used a hydraulic accumulator that stored engine oil at 60psi and would inject it into the turbo bearings, at shut off, to lubricate them so they wouldn’t spin dry.
Turbo bearings have gotten better in 30...
So you agree that with all the short trips, starting and stopping that at 63,000 miles you have the equivalent of 200,000 miles on you truck.
I think that's the whole point to this thread!!
Follow the directions in this Forum and use Forscan.
I changed my 2 Dr Base to 285/70 R17 KO2's it's an easy fix.
I immediately changed to the KO2's so I don't have a MPG comparison to stock but I"m getting 23.4 MPG avrage over the fist 6500 mi, with a Base 2.7 and 3.73 gears.
I also added a...
When you suck water in your intake filter, the filter sets high up in the engine compartment, you shouldn't be drivng.
You don't stop... Drive slow and steady and keep pushing the water ahead of you.
If the mud and ruts keep you from moving forward than only an idiot thinks they won't have...
