decided to go with Stinky Fab and a stand alone transmission skid plate. It apparently only utilizes 3 of the 5 mounting holes to bolt on. Is that enough? the picture on their website only shows 3 bolts attaching the skid plate to the frame.

I have a kwik-lift I got off Clist. Most lift I could get without ceiling issues in my garage. But the rest of my garage is in dire need of a make over. I'm going to have to figure out how to work race red in without going overboard. Thanks for convincing(inspiring?) me I need to spend more $$$.

shot in the dark... but is it suspension/underbody sounds that are being amplified from below? My old timer uncle used to jack each wheel and hit it with a sledge to find noises, and have someone crawl around the area touching components until a loose one was found. Both under and in the vehicle.

Based on the ones I looked at 20% below MSRP plus TTT. No fees of any kind. But that was in the FL market, and I only looked 500 miles out. And it varied from dealer to dealer. I found a used one at a price I couldn't live without. I'm happy.
