That's my exact build (no other add-ons except brush guard) and I was picked up for the week of 1/3 with a 6/2021 reservation. I'd expect that your email is just "lost" and you'll be a 1/3, as well. Hopefully you'll get resolution soon to ease your mind.

My dealer is in a small Texas town of 17k people, halfway between Houston and Austin. They delivered a few 2021 Broncos, but I’m guessing less than a dozen. They’re very “by the book” with Ford, so maybe that helps?
