Don't give up hope yet. I know it's no consolation but everyone went through this in the past. I did as well. My original order was Mar '23 and waited right at 5 months and that was actually pretty fast back then.
If it hasn't soured you yet, hang in there. Maybe go back to Ford chat or press...
Didn't mean to disagree with you about your situation. It certainly seems to be an issue with your tire(s). I was simply adding to the others about switching any plug to "spare" status and giving up on a 5-tire rotation.
For what it's worth, I've been plugging our tires for over 30yrs. I've got 3 of my tires right now with plugs. I don't worry about moving a plugged tire to spare or backup (I'd run out of tires). Done well, a plug can last just fine in my experience aired up or down.
By the way, the reason...
I actually like the on-board nav. It works well with sat sig and doesn’t need cell support. It seems to have pretty good map coverage so far as well. I can also get the weather updates without cell.
I have the Bronco trail app but haven’t spent enough time with it to learn.
I pretty much only...
Congrats. Based on your previous investigation I assume this was no impulse purchase.
Also, showing my age hear but what in the world is a LFD? Searched and could only come up with “left for dead”, “low fat diet” and “large format display “?
Hope my ignorance isn’t opening anything offensive…
Among other things I notice it no longer tells you when the vehicle location was last updated. I cannot seem to force it to refresh either.
It seems to give us less information rather than more. With these vehicles already smarter than I am, I would think the app could tell us much more, not less.
I know it's no consolation but last year I waited almost 5 mos. and still thought it was worth it when it finally came. Big difference is most of us waited back then. Only a few lucky ones didn't have to wait long. Now it seems the opposite so I do feel for you.
I'm right there with you. Besides, I can't really stand those ass hammock chairs, they're just plain uncomfortable to me.
These lay flat or fit up sideways in the back next to the cooler and that's good enough for me.
Sorry if this has been posted before but just sniffing around about their history and found this way back from 2015.

I have no dog in this hunt but wow.
Pretty sure the process is simply put it down then start the vehicle (assuming the fob batteries are good that is). Someone can certainly correct me here if there's more to it.
My experience is once that update occurs it appears the rail line has released it to the final hauler. Mine showed final prep the day before it was actually accepted by my dealer.
