I believe so (it’s been almost a year) but I also trimmed/split the ford thin bracket with the weld nuts. That way I didn’t have to get a wrench in the back side of the bumper when tightening.

I went to hobby lobby and bought some synthetic rubbery pleather. Used spray adhesive to attach. Stuff is crazy hard to cut. I don’t have a name of the product. I just walked around feeling and checking stuff out until I found something I thought would work. This was on the ford storage drawer.
