The bolt is definitely a M12-1.75 and either a 40mm or 45mm should work just fine. I don't remember what I ended up with. It was whatever Home Depot or Lowe's had in stock at the time. Good Luck!

I confirmed the bolt size is 12mm, but the thread pitch is 1.75 NOT 1.50 so if that is what is in your hardware kit DO NOT use them.
