I think the interior part experts said that this seems to be the WHOLE seat back insert and it would have to be taken in; They would need to REMOVE the seat to replace the part because there is a strap on the bottom of the seat back that goes to the front of the seat.

OEM products will always be on the conservative end when it comes to weight etc. for liability reasons. There is probably even a fine print somewhere saying the table is not for off-road use lol
