I'm working with Shaun and Greg at Mac Haik GT. My Big Bend is currently "in transit", actually just texted them to get a status update since it should be here between 7/16 and 7/22. I've actually had a great experience with them so far. Yes, they could be a bit better about communication, that...
Got an update this morning from Greg at Mac Haik in Georgetown. My Rapid Red Big Bend, 2.3L, Mid-Package, Soft-top is in OHIO!!! WOOT! He thinks it's going to take a few weeks to reach us. Tracker tells me 16 days from 6/29 and Ford website says estimated delivery window is 7/16-7/22. Either...
The food was actually excellent!! They were very well organized so we started right on time. They are on a tight schedule so they can’t wait for stragglers. Some of the trail guides have at least 2 groups per day. Our experience was well worth the money.
Wow, thank you!! I assure you, it’s worth every cent. I will most likely do it again with my youngest son. He was bummed that his older brother had all the fun. Enjoy, and please update the group!!
Hi Everyone!
Expecting to get my beautiful Big Bend, Rapid Red, Non-Sas in just a few weeks. Out here in Central Texas, I’m hoping to spend a lot of time with the soft top down or off. Also taking the doors off. Considering using my Ford Rewards towards a bimini top. Question? Does anyone have...
Sharing this excellent write up by @Tor148.
Adding my pics as wellEnjoy!!
So, day two.
All I have to say is AWESOME, it was better than day one.
We started with a brief meeting than right back in the bronco's to hit the trail.
It was pretty amazing how the bronco just ate up the trail...
Excellent summary!! I’m going to add some pics. Too bad we weren’t in the same group.
Guests are right along in the experience with you. Couldn’t tell if the “guests” that drove paid for it or if they were just allowed to do it. Regardless, aside from a different wrist band, they are in it with...
@PC Austin We did the demonstrations with doors off but the course had doors on. I’m sure it’s for liability. They kept saying that whatever we do in our own cars is different than what we do here.
Just wrapped on Day 1 of Austin Off-Rodeo. Amazing! It was my first time seeing the Bronco and it’s even better in person. Ford did a great job with this event. Very well organized, the site is gorgeous and the instructors were very knowledgeable and funny. We kicked off the day by breaking up...
Oh, and forgot to add…they give you a branded Yeti water bottle (very nice), water along the course and ice tea at base camp. We wrapped up the day to live music, excellent food and the chance to buy some merchandise. We took a group picture since we are the very first owners group!

Surely there has to be someone out there that can help us make sense of the window sticker? My “blend date” is 06/14. Build date on tracker says, 6/15. Bottom of window sticker shows, 6/25. Got a call from my dealer this morning, he shows “in production”. So, just trying to figure out what’s...
I’ve been in “In Production” since 6/15. I’m at a standstill but not complaining. At least we’re at that stage. I’m curious, for those who have moved on; how long did each stage take?
