I've had them on our bronco for 8000 miles. Started having steering wheel vibrations at about 5000 miles, rotated the fronts to rear. Now the vibration is back. 2 shops have attempted rebalancing but it just shifts the speed at which the vibration happens. 2nd shop said 2 tires have really bad...

Wanted to add that the "viral" suggestion to move the adjusters in the bottom of the door outward didn't help the banging one bit. In fact, it made my driver door window rattle when it was up all the way. Yesterday I moved the adjusters inward again. That stopped the rattling when fully closed.

I don't think the nuts can fall completely off the posts because the trim stops them. Not 100% sure though. Many of mine were pretty much completely wound down to the bottoms of the studs. If one did come completely off I think it would fall down into the B pillar trim eventually.

And we're still waiting. The adjuster things on the bottom of the doors made zero difference for me. The very obvious solution is to have their supplier revise the window seals with a C channel, or a flap that overlaps the glass, at the rear edge of the glass. You don't need NASA to tell you...

I was very hopeful that this would be the solution to the horrible rattles above my doors. But I discovered it was something even worse. I recommend everyone having this issue check out the thread I posted yesterday that begins with "SOLVED!". FORD - "quality is job 1" lol

Good question that I hope someone else can add the answer to. Curious myself. I suspect that the hard tops have the same or slightly different pieces. They keep the window seals in place

Oh god.... Mine are probably all like that. I was so frustrated I didn't care. Oh well. If anything breaks I'll deal with it.

It really should be a TSB. Who knows how many of those nuts were never tightened properly, or at all.
