Yikes! I don't recall seeing much warnings about this when I first bought mine, they got it now, but I guess thats the hand you gotta play with aftermarket stuff.

Anyone have the strut hammer is selling? I got my plate last year and guess original strut my bronco came with loosened up and rotopax smashed taillight. The strut hammer is selling seems like its way to stiff for those two little mounts, as it closes I can see the inside mount deflecting alot 🫣

Side rails come off, but your right its tight...they sell rtt mounts, I ordered some incase i need them, I have a yakima rtt im putting on.

Yeah that would help, I'll probably switch carriage bolts out for quality stainless steel bolts.

Just the bolts, check your bolt heads and see if they have writing printed on them, most likely they'll end looking like mine.

Keep an eye on your hardware, been wiping these down, leaving stains on the roof... 🤷🏻‍♂️

Anyone have these and aftermarket front bumper? Any fitment issues with bumper?

Not sure, i do have a rattle happening in the back, not sure if its my newly installed tailgate support or what, I hit the dunes hard so it's time to do a final torque

I had to take rubber pads off the inner mounts to get one thread into the nut, I also took most of the aluminum cross bars put and everything is loosly installed.

Anyone have theirs yet? I do.....install not going too well, rear mount/pad relation, with pads holes wont line up and also the button head bolts are too short for the mounts (.875 should be 1)

I use to closepin a playing card in my bikes spokes as a kid too 🤣
