If I bargain for 8000 over MSRP, then I have I have problem with it at all. But if a dealer represents one thing and then screws a customer with an unexpected ADM, then that dealer is a slim ball.
My dealer told me exactly where I was at in their dealer allocation number and I know approximately how many they are getting each month. But even with that constraints throw a monkey wrench into the equation.

Act 376 of 1997 prohibits businesses from price gouging during a state of emergency. The law prohibits businesses from charging more than 10 percent above the pre-disaster price of goods or services.
Considering the covid experience we have been thru and Virginiaās price gouging laws- I file a complaint with the Attorney General of the State. Send a copy to the dealership.
It wonāt solve anything but it would make you feel better to order āGolf Mill Ford Sucks ā decals and pass them out to all your friends and families to put on the back of their cars.
If you do hire a lawyer- ask for a restraining order to prohibit the dealer from selling your particular Bronco. If granted, the dealer is just sitting in it and the financing of it until the case is resolved. ( that certainly helps considering how long cases can be drawn out)
if you really want the vehicle, then pay it and then sue. Either hire an attorney or represent yourself in small claims court. Argue detrimental reliance - that you relied upon their representation that no deposit was required ( however - what about your initial 100 with ford when you placed...
