    Get a Ford.com account. Login. Click account, reservations and orders. If your order is linked to your account, there should be the 8-digit order number. If not, get what needed to link your order from your dealer. With the 8-digit number, try the back door. Good luck!

    Yes, that is a tricky link. Try to edit the URL in a word file, then click or copy past the URL to open the page. If it fails after logged in, click the URL again. Since you've logged in, you have better chance in the 2nd attempt. I also see what you see from time to time.

    in our ford account, the 8-digit # called order number. on our preview page, the 4-digit # is also called order number. I have never seen "reservation number" in written.

    A week ago I was #1 at our small town Ford dealer. Maybe it’s the allocation, if this is real. My rep said “mid year”.
