For "watched" : Hit the lighning bolt at the top right, then scroll down, look for "filters". Open that and check the watched box. For bookmarks, tap your profile avatar at the top of the screen, theres a bookmarks tab at the top of the screen that displays

Bookmarked are simply saved like a favorite. You can always go search for your bookmarked threads/posts. Threads that are watched will give you a notification every time someone replies to the thread. Bookmarked - no notification
