That's the factory tire mount on there it's .188" out further than factory. That's all the back spacing on the wheels we are running why it sits where it does.
That will be up on the website by next week. Once I have pictures of the complete powder coated unit installed.
Yeah these were temp bolts. they will come with SS black oxide coated oversized flange head bolts for the hinges.
For some people hanging that big 35 or 37" tire on the tail gate is the only option. The Bronco rear door can't handle too much more than the Sasquatch 35" without shaking and squeaking or even pulling off the door on rough roads.
We wanted to make something a little stronger than the flat...
They removed it. no adds on the page. I keep forgetting what one allows it and what one doesn't.
They should be on the site by the end of the week. Did a 2500 mile road trip to Utah last week, this thing is solid!
The tire Gate reinforcement is being released today or tomorrow. I'm almost ready to show off the rear bumper. and the other things are still on the back burner at the moment with how busy we are.

No updates on new product release dates they are all in different parts of the design phase. We have been extreamly backed up with orders so I'm out on the floor most of the day lately. So design time has been few and far between. Any new products will be posted here first.
The bolt on sliders should be ready to pre order next month. Once the frame plates are fully designed/ tested we should be ready to move right into production on the first bath.
Sorry I don't have much time for the forums/online messages, We are extreamly shorthanded in the shop so I'm currently on the production floor trying to get orders out the door faster.
I'm doing all of the installation instructions this weekend. Bumper, ACC relocate and mod bumper parking...
You would need to select the LUX or High package in the options to have the sensor locations included with the order.
As for the air bag question. Air bags use accelerometers not the actual impact of the crash to trigger. It's the rapid deceleration "the sudden stop" the triggers the air bag...
The only issue was the pin hole location being too far back. that's the only change that was made. you will still need to move the muffler to install there is no way around that.
